Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose a plan to keep reconciling. The free sample demo keeps working either way, and nothing is charged until you check out.
Is the founding price really locked?
Yes. Founding members keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed, even if pricing changes later.
Can I expense it?
Most area managers put it on a company card. Your receipt comes from Stripe after each payment.
Does this replace Tradeparency?
No. It works with your Tradeparency DA export and makes keying it fast and accurate. You keep using Tradeparency exactly as you do now.
Can I use one key on two computers?
An Individual key works on one computer at a time, and a Team key covers five. You can move a key to a new computer yourself, up to 3 times a month; the old one stops working. Need more seats? That is what Team is for.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, with no contract. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What if my distributor's invoice doesn't work?
Send us the column headings with one click from the tool and our team adds the format, usually within a day. Nothing else from your file is sent.
