Common questions

Which files do I need?
Two: the DA export from Tradeparency (.csv) for your distributor, and that distributor's monthly invoice (.xlsx). The invoice alone also works, you will get grouped totals without the Tradeparency ordering.
How much does it cost?
Individual is $39 a month at our founding price for the first 25 area managers, kept for as long as you stay subscribed. Team is $149 a month for up to 5 area managers, the founding member price for the first 10 teams. Company plans are by conversation. See pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days on your own invoices, no card needed, starting with your first real file. The sample-files demo is free any time.
Does it replace Tradeparency?
No. It works with your Tradeparency DA export and makes keying it fast and accurate. You keep entering and approving deals in Tradeparency exactly as you do now.
What if a line asks me to pick a match?
When a match is genuinely ambiguous the tool asks once instead of guessing. Pick the right one and it is remembered for that distributor every month after.
Does it work for my distributor?
It reads columns by meaning, not position, so most layouts work as they are, even when a distributor changes its format. If a file cannot be read, one click sends our team only the column headings so we can add that format, usually within a day.
Is company data safe?
Invoice files are read inside your browser and never uploaded, so there is no copy on our servers. What the page does send: anonymous usage numbers (a random browser ID, line counts, the DA dollar total and how many lines filled), and your access key when checking your plan. On Team plans, each reconcile's totals (numbers only) feed your team's manager dashboard. Never product names, file names, distributor names or file contents. Payments are handled by Stripe.
How does the access key work?
An Individual key works on one computer at a time, and a Team key on five. After checkout your key is saved in that browser automatically. To move it to a new computer, enter it there and choose "Use it on this computer"; the old one stops working. Keys can move up to 3 times a month.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, no contract. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
